As I’m looking out for more environmentally friendly product options, I couldn’t ignore it when I saw someone promoting Wild deodorant on TikTok and then getting an introductory deal on the same day. I don’t really need to write a long post about this because the concept is simple and really makes sense - you can buy one-offs or subscribe but overall the system is you get a reusable case and then order refills of the deodorants.

There’s a focus on natural ingredients and of course the packaging is as friendly as it can possible be:

Forget waste, you can refill your case again and again with our bamboo pulp deodorant refills which we’ll deliver straight to your door. The refills are made from natural fibre so once empty, pop them in your paper recycling or compost heap where they’ll rot away to nothing. Every time you refill your case, you’ll save 30 grams of plastic going to landfill.

They come in a few different scents and I’ve actually found it more effective than my previous choice of spray, so that’s a double win. The coconut scent is divine… assuming you like coconut, that is. Not only is this a sustainable and refillable choice, the company also plants trees when you buy, which is a nice bonus on top of smelling great and doing your bit.

They also deliver soap to your door, I’m journeying into the world of soap at the moment, it’s not 100% my cup of tea, quite drying and what do you do with the leftover bits? But I do prefer not having all that plastic hanging around the bathroom so I’m experimenting and will report back on Wild soap plus a few others I’ve tried soon.
