Thoughts

I really liked this one. I hadn’t heard of Tegan & Sara before, which is my bad. For some reason, I thought they were country music artists but this isn’t that. It’s kind of hard to describe what it actually is. It’s sort of pop, but grown up, very finely crafted with brilliant lyrics.

It reminds me of Taylor Swift, in that you can feel the work that’s gone into each song, the time and effort put into the lyrics so that they aren’t just your cheesy song rhymes. The titles themselves will give an indication of that! So overall, really liked it and I’ll be paying more attention to them in future!
