After a priceless painting is stolen, shady art dealer Charlie Mortdecai is recruited by an old rival to get it back. Conclusions
Most of the reviews I saw of this were less than positive but it has such a good cast I couldn’t resist giving it a peek. Really shouldn’t have bothered. Not sure how so many awesome people can make something that is so dull and unfunny.
The best bit about the twenty minutes we watched was the swooping map transitions, if more of the film had been made up of that, I might have been able to keep my interest in it.
