Based on a true story, the film follows two friends in their early 20s living in Miami during the Iraq War who exploit a little-known government initiative that allows small businesses to bid on U.S. Military contracts. Starting small, they begin raking in big money and are living the high life. But the pair gets in over their heads when they land a $300 million deal to arm the Afghan Military—a deal that puts them in business with some very shady people, not the least of which turns out to be the U.S. Government.

Conclusions
The incredible thing about this film is that it manages to take two generally unlikeable characters (well, an awful one and a nondescript one), get them to do some pretty unsavoury things, and still make an interesting and entertaining film about it. It’s drama, through and through, but has the edge of comedy that makes the story worth watching.
I had no idea this kind of thing went on, and it’s really interesting to see how it all unfolded. How two random guys could get so deep into arms dealing that they are driving across borders in Iraq, or looking at abandoned warehouses in Albania. Fascinating, informative, a little scary, but a really good watch. Great job all.
