| 2:40 | Those prison buzzes are so distinctive. |
| 7:04 | I wouldn’t have known what furlough meant if it wasn’t for OITNB. |
| 8:07 | Whoopi’s hair is amazing. |
| 9:40 | “What do you want, a tank? It’s not the zombie apocalypse.” |
| 15:55 | Why wouldn’t you be able to use your phone on the bus? |
| 22:51 | She said ten minutes, the man said two hours. Train delays, huh. |
| 25:50 | I mean, the legs you could sort of argue, but the arms? No. Too far, lady. |
| 30:42 | She’s adorable trying to keep the professionalism up, but it’s not working at all. |
| 32:43 | What if the CO has to go the bathroom? |
| 37:52 | “Keep it up,” the exact wrong thing to say in this situation. |
| 44:12 | Is it weird to think she kinda looked better before? |
| 46:46 | “You’re not the best at what you do…” Understatement of the year! |
| 47:10 | Perpspective. |
| 57:14 | I mean, $100,000 a year isn’t to be sniffed at. |
| 1:07:18 | The houses in American movies never fail to boggle my mind. |
| 1:15:06 | “Sing well, Sir.” I like that as a sign off. |
Thoughts
Mm, disappointing. Good cast but they don’t have a lot to work with here. The film can’t quite decide whether it’s a comedy or a drama. It’s not funny enough to be a comedy, but not intense or moving enough to be a drama. There are moments of both but it feels a bit disjointed and odd.
Watchable, but really nothing special.
