8:47 | Crashing the World Cup final is genius. |
10:12 | They must have done a lot of convincing to make this a global worldwide effort. The globe won’t even believe climate change. |

Thoughts
Right, so, I knew this was going to be a bit of action junk food going in - Chris Pratt leading a bit of a twisty time travel action movie fighting a war against aliens so far in the future. At first, it actually went better than I thought it would. Some areas were eye-rolling, but then they would answer every plot twist question we raised and it seemed to make sense.
Initially, after watching it, I thought it had gone okay. Not the best movie ever but entertaining enough.
Then, oh dear. The internet pointed out that it suffered from the Indiana Jones problem. They blew up all the aliens at the end with a bomb, they could have just done that, forget the rest of the movie. And now I can’t stop thinking about that fact and how wasteful the rest of it seems.
