14:11 | Fashion merchandising! What a subject. |
19:41 | That panel is lacking some diversity, for sure. |
25:47 | Omg, I LOVE that she bought a heart-shaped notebook for law school. |
31:50 | You can move on that fast if you want, but you can’t reuse nicknames like that. |
34:15 | “She’s not completely unfortunate looking.” |
41:16 | “She’s horrible,” says the actual bitch. |
43:34 | It’s perfect that she’s gone for the Mac option. |
44:16 | Learning montage! |
49:19 | A pink scented resume… well, it’ll stand out from the crowd! |
53:10 | “Happy people don’t shoot their husbands. They just don’t.” |
1:00:11 | “I’d rather go to jail than lose my reputation.” |
1:12:08 | The courtroom drawings as caricatures are something else. |
1:20:13 | I would really like a history of those weird green courtoom lights. |

Thoughts
Everyone’s heard of Legally Blonde, I’m sure, but I really didn’t know a lot about it other than it recently becoming a musical. I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to watch it, the film was so good from start to finish! It had echoes of Clueless and Mean Girls, but also had its own thing - a young woman realising she doesn’t need to prove anything to anyone, but herself.
So many good messages - being good to yourself, helping others, starting with trust, that whole Me Too moment. Amazing. And Legally Blonde 2 lined up to watch soon too.
