On the last day of the year, mild-mannered high school English teacher Andy Campbell is trying his best to keep it together amidst senior pranks, a dysfunctional administration and budget cuts that put jobs on the line. But things go from bad to worse when he accidentally crosses his much tougher and deeply feared colleague, Ron Strickland, who challenges Campbell to an old-fashioned throwdown after school. News of the fight spreads like wildfire and ends up becoming the very thing this school, and Campbell, needed.

Conclusions
There isn’t too much to say about this film really, it’s exactly what it says on the tin. Charlie Day prancing around trying to avoid a fight with the ever-stern Ice Cube. It’s not smart and it doesn’t try to be clever, and in thus admitting its limitations, it’s flipping brilliant.
Laughed a lot more than I expected to, and really just settled back and enjoyed the whole thing from start to finish.
