2:04 Why does it say Khaled (DJ Khaled) Khaled? That’s a lot of Khaled. The word Khaled has lost all meaning.
4:45 “Mike don’t wanna catch that.” Haha, I’m with him.
15:05 Two old guys having a running race in the street… hilarious.
18:50 Yay, the Hudgens! She’ll solve it.
20:58 Dying his beard for him is adorable.
24:18 You can’t say that about High School Musical with Vanessa in the next room!!
27:59 The strength to stand up to that pressure from your best friend!
34:19 Love the Tesla being the giveaway. It’s not a cheap car.
35:29 “A twig in an ice storm.” Love the captain so much.
39:39 “I guess Barry gets to have all the fun.” Surely drone should be named with a D. Daniel. Derek.
45:39 He changed his name in the phone to Quitter. Awww.
51:14 “That better be a safe or a piano.”
58:13 God damn, he’s the best thing in it!
1:01:47 The Good Men song! I like it.
1:07:14 “Non-lethal. Has anyone informed the bad guys?”
1:15:54 The helmet with the skull on is not the best.
1:17:15 Ima question why a ruthless gang member has a sidecar.
1:18:07 Oh, THAT’s why they’ve got a sidecar.
1:26:54 I literally guessed this seconds before it happened. That doesn’t count, does it?
1:32:21 This has taken such a Star Wars turn.
1:36:34 I’m worried about this group because I love them all.
1:42:42 The glasses stuff is why this is great.
1:44:56 If nothing else, there’s some impressive and innovative angles in this.
1:54:15 Dude. The juxtaposition between joy and terror and sorrow is amazing.

Thoughts

It is surely not normal for the third (and presumably final?) movie in a series to be the best one? This was a lot of fun right from the start - and any fears I had about these guys coming back older and trying to do the same things they did before were put to rest. Marcus retired, Mike got shot, and both were pretty much outplayed by the new generation.

I really liked the story - the twists and turns were great. The action sequences were brilliant, although there was a weird moment during the big fire scene at the end where it suddenly looked like everyone was in a video game.

The only other bad thing was that Vanessa Hudgens was criminally underused, I don’t know if she said more than about three sentences, and she’s better than that.

Otherwise it was great, entertaining and with a good story underpinning all the action.
