Thoughts

This is a great read with some valuable advice on how to live your best life. It takes a while to get through all the pre-amble, the proof that it’s worth doing and selling the idea to us but once it does, you get to the good stuff.

The concepts in here aren’t that revelationary to me, for the most part I don’t really care what people think… but there are some instances where I do. So I really liked the practical examples, taking real life situations and giving you ways to deal with them to get the best outcome for everyone involved.

Definitely worth a read.
