Thoughts
Just as I recently realised I was missing a lot of Roald Dahl reviews, I was shocked at how few Crichton works I’d documented. I’ve read plenty of them but only have a few reviewed so far. To correct this, I whipped through the audiobook of Jurassic Park - the novel that inspired the film.
It’s so good. Brutal, and terrifying, hitting harder than the film does and delving deeper into the chaos theory that Malcolm expands on to the point where you are sort of left wondering if you have any control over anything.
But it’s a great adventure story, a thrill of a ride, and one that leaves you breathless by the end!
