Blogathon 2006 (16 of 48): But I know I love you
Published July 29, 2006
I don’t know much. I am constantly learning things. Geography, politics, history, general things in life. I am constantly learning new things.
I love to learn new things though. I like it when suddenly something begins to make sense. Like why the government act like they do, or what happened in the past that makes the present what it is.
I actually think I am pretty good at learning things. Usually, you will only have to tell me something once, and I will understand and remember. And if I don’t understand straight away, I can take the information away and process it without having to ask the same question twice.
The exception to this rule is the police and the justice system. For some reason I cannot get my head around being arrested, being charged, bail, the differences between them all and what happens in what order. When a character suffers one of these things on the TV, I often find myself asking Mr C what’s going to happen to them next.
Either I’ll get my head round it one day, or it’ll be one of those things I never understand. Hopefully, I’ll never actually need to!
