Joining David Mitchell in the ChannelFlip stable of celebrity podcast videos is one Richard Hammond. Mitchell has a Soapbox upon which he rants about life, and I’ve discussed my favourite episodes of that before. Hammond embraces the tech geek with his show Tech Head. In it, he talks gadgets and future technologies, with an overabundance of CGI around him. Whilst less angry than Mitchell, he still has room for a rant or two as well.

David Mitchell’s Soapbox is back! I know you have probably known this for a while, but I have only just caught up with it. I love, love, love these two episodes, because they’re about words and language. I think I actually said “I could care less recently” and I have no idea where it came from or why I said it. I hated myself afterwards because as Mr M points out, it makes no sense!

I first heard of ChannelFlip.com when Wil Harris mentioned it on TwiT with Leo Laporte. It sounded like a great project and I was enthusiastic about it until they adopted the tagline: “The UK’s Finest Video Channel for Switched On Men.” Thanks. Anyway, I ignored the site for ages, but couldn’t help noticing when they started showing up on the iTunes chart. First it was a series with Robert Llewellyn about machines, robots and things.
