Background Info

I’m sure we all know that this is my favourite film in the whole world. That being said, I was in two minds about whether to watch it or not. I was so, over-the-top excited to see it appear on iTunes in HD, but if I Film Watched it, then that was it. It was done. You can only do it once. In the end, though, I couldn’t resist.

00:00:44 - I must say, I’m obsessed by time too, but that many clocks is very freaky. 00:02:26 - It’s Wallace and Gromit-esque to have a machine that makes breakfast for you. 00:04:32 - Those are some pretty terrible sunglasses. 00:06:21 - Is it legal to hold on to someone’s car whilst on a skateboard? 00:08:08 - He has a serious case of double denim. 00:09:20 - Audition tape. He’d almost be in fashion again. 00:42:09 - Where he hits his head on the road, it hurts my head. 00:45:18 - That’s a whole lot of children she has. Marty has a lot of aunts/uncles. 00:50:16 -** “They cut off your brother’s hair.” The first sign of the invisibility problems to come. **00:52:56 - 1.21 Gigawatts! 00:57:57 - Freud would have a field day with this. 01:03:52 - I find it really hard to drink from a glass bottle. Where we’re going, we don’t need roads.” Best quote ever.

Conclusions

It looks so good in HD. When you compare it with the terrible trailer, the difference is stunning. If only you could buy movies in HD from iTunes, I would snap up all three of them. I love that I am watching this film for about the fiftieth time, and I am still noticing things. Like the ice cold car, and the pink bits on Doc’s radiation suit. LOVE IT.
