3:23Super quick origin story and we’re back in the room.
4:46“There’s a mighty warrior inside of you, you just have to let him out.”
5:59Will he ever get breakfast?
7:10His household is so exhausting.
10:19“What shall we do this weekend?” “Move to a cooler town?”
15:10The conversation with the tape is heartbreaking.
16:39Accountants can be wizards.
21:06That is so disturbing.
24:03I so need a playlist called Quest Mix.

45:27Cars and their sweet spots.
45:54“You’ll never be ready. MERGE!”

1:09:04I quite like that unicorns are mean in this.
1:11:43I would a hundred per cent eat the boat.
1:21:46That is one heck of a curse.
1:29:16Jesus Christ, that’s beyond tears sad.
1:32:35Where they’re going, they don’t need roads.

The general consensus for this film is that it’s fine, a perfectly good movie, but not anywhere near Pixar at their best. And I agree with that to a degree. I thought both Chris Pratt and Tom Holland did a great job with lending their voices to this and had good chemistry as brothers trying to work out their relationship.

So yea, it’s an ok movie, there’s nothing really wrong with it, I just didn’t like it. I thought the scenes at the end were just desperately, cripplingly sad, more than the normal ‘Pixar pulling on your heart-strings’ stuff. It left me feeling really depressed, and I don’t think that was the intention.
