2:12 I really don’t like that the women have to remember all the family facts. Mostly because I’d be useless at it.

9:48 He’s a nosy, nosy man.
11:55 Doesn’t make sense to call the plane Kirk, though. Surely should be the Enterprise?

19:24 Oh my god, the elephants are adorable.
25:25 I’m not so keen on all the night noises though.
32:16 Safari must be amazing.
37:27 I don’t think I’ve ever looked through a telescope. Just realised.
40:32 Spot of dark mode for emails there.

49:13 Roy is a hilarious name for an elephant.

Thoughts

This is a really lovely Sunday afternoon movie - gentle but emotional, with a good story but no crazy heart-wrenching moments. I dreaded that third act twist that would ruin everything before the happy ending but thankfully it wasn’t bad at all.

The duo have good chemistry that develops as the movie goes on, and I quite liked their bickering dialogue. And you just can’t beat all the adorable elephants and the people that do their best for them.
