I went for my first run post-flu today and it did not go at all well. I’ll save the story for another post, because what it did inspire me to do was to decide how I’m going to blog this next phase of my running journey.
As you can see, I have created a rather whimsical banner to highlight the running posts, and I intend to blog each “week” of the Ease into 10k app as and when they are completed.
I’ve done the first one and backdated it here, and you can see some of the rather fancy graphs that are starting to appear thanks to my newly downloaded Runkeeper app.
There’ll be more to come, despite the rubbish run I did today.
