Although that does mean the pressure is on. The numbers are moving in the right direction, but it is still quite rubbish.

I am beginning to formulate goals for the race, and I pretty much know what they are, but I’m waiting to see whether I can get the time down any more before I set anything specific. My guess is I can’t, but we shall see. It’s starting to get cold out now, and I’ve been double layering. I’m definitely going to have to find some actual running gear soon.
